Much has been said about a climate change crisis but what happens when the crisis at the north pole gets notched up to 11 and actually MELTS ALL THE POLAR CAPS? Who wants to know that let’s decide today, shall we?

Consider that you are having a tasty and cold pop sickle during a hot sunny day. Now, let the popsicle be the Earth, and let the sun’s hotness slider be all the way high at 100%. What happens? Melt-o-rama! But instead of a greasy’s problem on your hand, now it is a Worldwide Slip of gigantic proportions.

And now I can already hear your thoughts. “But wait, isn’t the ice already melting?” Yes and no, this is where the idea will be taken up again and given a twist. Indeed, back in the year 2015, our very own NASA issued a surprise update that the oceans are rising much faster than the teenagers’ screen time.

Let’s talk about at least 90cm of the sea level increase within the current decades. That is as if one would gift the earth a really uncomfortable water bed.

But grab your snorkels, people, because that’s just the amuse-bouche. This is what happens if we keep on polluting the atmosphere like we actually are turning it into a greenhouse on steroids; all the ice would finally say to hell with being fat and decided to skinny dip instead. This icy apocalypse is not something that is beginning to happen tomorrow or the day after. Researches say that it would take at least 5,000 years just to melt all of the existing ice.
