Dormant Black Hole Found Near the Solar System and It’s Huge
For many years we have been introducing black holes with caution, wondering whether they exist or it is just some theory. But surprise quickly transformed into marvel, when we came to find out that such enigmatic features of the universe, created from the debris of the huge stars that were dying, are not only present but are endowed with a truly staggering amount of energy .
The forces are so intense that they actually twist space and time, and swallow everything that gets in their way, including light.
Now in a sort of anticlimax, a black hole that has been inactive and has been lying dormant and waiting and patiently praying has been found to be right within the reach of the solar system and this has given a sleepless night to the scientists due for the scare. What has caused it to not be identified until this time and does it exist threat because it is located in the vicinity of our solar system?
Originally in 1975 before the establishment of the amber campaign, two remarkable physicists coined an interesting wager which was between Stephen Hawking and Kip Thorne. Heidegger’s wager was on the enigmatic Cygnus X-1, an interesting source of intensely emitted X-rays.
