Astrobiologists propose that Earth could be considered “alive” and possess its own consciousness.

He additionally underscores, “This field of analysis holds enormous potential because it couples the expertise required for the living beings to exist within a world increasingly characterized by the climate change crisis with the opportunities associated with life and intelligence emerging in other planets. ”
