Named after the God of Sky and Thunder, Jupiter is the fifth planet from the Sun and the largest planet in the Solar System. It didn’t get its name from nothing. It is located approximately 484 million miles from Earth, making it one of the most difficult planets to reach. Despite its immense size and mass, the journey to Jupiter is a difficult and perilous one.
Well, I guess it would certainly help if there were an interplanetary Uber! Seriously though, getting to Jupiter is no easy task – you’d need some serious rocket fuel and a top-notch navigator to make it all the way there.

With the most advanced propulsion system, a spacecraft can reach Jupiter in about 18 months, but it would take considerably longer with traditional chemical propulsion systems.
